Inactivity period

Once anonymized, your account will be deactivated:

Recovery of a deactivated account
You will still have the option to recover your account by:

- Contacting our support to reactivate the account (within a limited time after anonymization).
Creating a new account
If you do not wish to recover your old account, you can create a new account at any time, with a new email address and username.
How to cancel anonymization
To avoid automatic anonymization:
- Log in at least once every 3 months.
- Or respond to the notifications sent by email before deactivation. This way, your account will remain active and your personal data will be preserved.
